Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to download data from a Nikon TS (DTM-332). I have it hooked up to the computer via a serial port and can make my way through the menu to download the data.
If I tell the TS to download the data, it acts as if it is sending the data. However, the computer does not recognize the TS or any files that should have recently been downloaded.
