One day you are 'in' the next day you are 'out'. Favoritism is the norm and as long as you are one of the managers 'elite' favorites then you are golden. Hard work and dedication mean nothing to this organization. Baycare Medical Group is toxic, most employees spend the day on their phones and as long as you are a favorite that's ok. Management changes from day to day as doe your desk. Everyday there are rumors of changes that may or may not come true regarding management changes and moving the entire office to a new location.

Since BMG has become part of the hospital horrible place to work!! Every day was so stressful that most of the time I would go home with a tension headache.

Management was kind in the beginning, but in the end they were not patient with me learning new systems. They expected more than was humanly possible for the amount of patients, phone calls, faxes, etc. There was not enough employees to handle the work load. Everyone there was stressed to the max. Perhaps if they had a bigger area to work, more employees, and better management, they'd be able to keep staff at that office.

I would not recommend working for the oncology/infusion department at Morton Plant to anyone. When I first started for Baycare 8 years ago, it was a good place to work.

You were a person. Now it just seems you are a number. What I have noticed during my time is that if you are a good employee the more you will be abused There motto seems to be 'do more with less'. If you are lazy and do the least amount of work as possible.those people management seems to cater to.

I have worked in a few places, but this place seems to have some of the worst management that I have ever seen! They don't have a clue as to how to manage! And they continue to hire the same clueless supervisors that are just like them!
